BRYCE PRINCE RIDES DUNLOP GP-A PROS TO 3 WINS AT FIRST CVMA RACE OF 2015
Bryce Prince led a strong Dunlop contingent during the first weekend of CVMA racing on January 17 and 18 at Chuckwalla Valley Raceway in California. Dunlop riders finished 1-2-3 in the Formula Middleweight on Saturday and 1-3 in the same race on Sunday, while also placing 1-2 in two other races (Middleweight Supersport and Middleweight Shootout).
Prince won the Middleweight Supersport on Saturday, with fellow Dunlop rider Steve Rapp claiming second place. Rapp returned the favor, edging out Prince in Saturday’s Formula Middleweight with David Anthony placing third to complete the Dunlop sweep of the Podium.
Prince opened his Sunday with a new track record – a 1:47.085 clockwise lap – in the Middleweight Shootout, en route to the race win. Dunlop’s Jason Aguilar placed second in the race, the fourth Dunlop rider to make a trip to the podium during the weekend.
Prince closed the weekend out with a win in the Formula Middleweight.
CVMA racing continues over the February 21-22 weekend.
