Browning Continues Record-Setting Summer on the MRA Circuit

    Bruce Browning

Dunlop’s Bruce Browning set a new track record at the High Plains Raceway North Course with a 1:23.277 in the SuperMoto over the August 11-12 weekend, 2.6 seconds faster than the previous mark and the third SuperMoto track record Browning has bested this summer.

Browning, who rides a Husky 450 with Dunlop’s KR-451 US made N-Tec slicks, 16.5 fronts and KR451/165 rear slicks, also posted SuperMoto track records on the High Plains Raceway Full Course in July and at Pueblo Motorsports Park in June. Browning sets his bike with 16.5 fronts and either the 165 Supersoft or Medium rears.

With four SuperMoto victories this season, Browning ranks first in the SuperMoto points standings, 23 points ahead of the second place with two races remaining on the MRA schedule.

MRA racing returns over the September 8-9 weekend on the High Plains Raceway – West Course.
